  December 14, 2022 - Similar impression to the 2015. Versatile, with or without food, works at just about any temperature Glycerine, lemon, roundness.

  August 26, 2022 - Fresh nose of East coast sea breeze. Pure expression of pineapple. Summer dreams. Prickly pear dances on a toned textural platform. Drink now or hold. Paired with cedar plank salmon.

  June 18, 2020 - Grapefruit, tart strawberry, limestone. Hints of tart pear. Dry and crisp with nice complexity. Cellared for three years.

  June 14, 2020 - Re. dry/sweet: To my mind it can be either or both depending upon the food pairing and what you hope for it to be. It tasted sweet with bitter greens and tasted dry with a chicken mushroom casserole. The sweetness hits the palate first then transitions to minerality. Its overall purity and fruitiness should compliment certain dishes (e.g. mango chutney chicken). It's not destined to become one of my favorites.
