September 25, 2022 - Dark ruby with black ink.

Beautiful raspberry violet nose, with blackberry, smoke creosol and hints of cassis.

Quite smooth and accessible on the palate, but underneath there is a massive structure with great acidity and firm, fine tannins. Layered , with lots of umami. Should reach its peak in 4-5 years

Excellent Syrah from the sunny cotes du Valais, one of Switzerland’s best.
