June 29, 2019 - El tiempo en botella le ha hecho mucho bien.
Muy generoso, tras una hora de oxigenación se muestra muy potente y todavía predomina la fruta ácida en nariz y en boca: cereza.
Al pasar algo más de tiempo, se va redondeando y suavizando bastante. -

En boca entra bastante ácido, al que se añade un amargor áspero y picante, conviviendo ambos sabores de forma larga. -
