February 12, 2024 - Starting to show a touch of oxidation that I do not necessarily enjoy. Marshmallow and stone fruit on the nose and palate. I have one left and will drink it sooner rather than later.

November 30, 2018 - Pop and pour. Nice yellow gold color with a moderate mousse. Some almond and pear on the nose. Palate had an after taste that I could never put my finger on. Velvety mouthfeel with a short/medium finish.

May 13, 2018 - Golden color. Aroma of lees, pears, abricot, roasted almonds, hazelnuts. Soft bubbles. Fleshy creamy mouthfeel. Palate with pears, abricot, lemon. Had with roasted mushrooms, toast & olive oil and Mac&cheese. Perfect match. Bubbles disappears relatively quickly and along with that the stamina of the wine. Becomes flat and dull through the end. A shame since the initial impressions where pretty good.
