September 2, 2022 - Jammy, ripe aroma with lots of black fruit stems and seeds (blackberry, black currant, plum) and alcohol. Also dried flowers and vanilla. Ripe berry flavors — a wave of juicy red berries followed by a very smooth finish. The alcohol is definitely noticeable. Good, but somewhat linear.
This may benefit from additional age, but may also be near peak. Well made, just not my favorite. -
