    May 22, 2020 - Still quite young. Wonderful nose of apple/pear with a lime overtone. Sweet in the mouth like drinking crystal clear, fresh apple juice. Needs at least ten more years.

    January 17, 2017 - Hmm... My guess is that this bottle has started to re-ferment and the residual sugar is going to C02 and Et0H. I picked the bottle out of storage due to a leaky cork but the wine is going dry on it's own course. Some C02 on the pour on the side of the glass. Bit skunky nose of garlic and cabbage, in the mouth only a bit of sweetness with some heat on the finish. Must be a tricky thing bottling these wines with some R.S. and making sure they run the long term.
