May 6, 2018 - Fresh scents of orchard fruits and citrus on the nose with hints of herbs and grass. A frothy palate of lime, citrus zest and Granny Smith apples with a nice mineral note on the finish. Good aperitif as it left my mouth wanting food after drinking.
