January 4, 2023 - Medium garnet. Dark cherry aromas behind a cola and savory foreground. Medium+ on the palate with a lot of cherry cola and a clean finish. Enough acid to balance. This was fantastic with a piece of smoked salmon. But don’t wait much longer. I have the feeling this is as developed as this one is going to get.
