October 15, 2018 - APPEARANCE: Clean, crisp yellow hue. Long legs
AROMA: Hints of sourdough, melon, and wet stone
TASTE: Nice weight and mouthfeel. Went extremely well with a Sicilian Salmon recipe. Bought this at the winery and only had room for one more bottle in the suitcase. At $11, I wish I could have bought 6-12 bottles and after drinking the wine tonight, it confirmed my initial thought. Hopefully I can find it in the U.S. A great wine with a Mediterranean seafood dish -

September 24, 2018 - Great, simple authentic everyday wine to accompany white meats and seafood. Emerging minerality dovetails with a fairly heavily weighted almost oily viscosity... distinct salinity and citrus plus a hint of melon, with the slightest zesty finish. Terrific, basic (in the best way) cafe wine at $12/btl
