January 13, 2019 - There is a lot going on with this Rose. I like it best on it's own. The appearance is clear and a lighter salmon in color with tears. The aroma is a wonderful mix of strawberry and a hint of raspberry, a little peach with floral notes of rose and spice of cinnamon. This wine is dry with medium+ acidity and alcohol, medium body, intensity and flavor. The flavors are savory with ginger, flint and raspberry.
My fiend Dianne likened this Rose to an art piece that you find interesting and that you enjoy but not so much to take home. -
