The Salome is sourced mostly from their original Te Awanga site, where only the best fruit is used to produce a top cuvee full of gently lush white fruits with a feminine, gently floral and mineral feel. Palpable fruit weight and quality makes this very satisfying now, while harmony and elegance mean any palate will find it simply delicious -- for a few years to come. Yummy!
