November 5, 2016 - Fresh earth and hints of Burgundy origin on the nose. A little thin and austere on the front end, but it blossoms into an earthy, warm Burgundy that has great acidity to play with food. I would buy this again.

August 8, 2013 - Delicious wine. Was a little punishing when first opened, but after an hour in the decanter, it became sublime. Very nice red fruits and earthiness. The tannins were like cocoa powder.

November 7, 2012 - Drank this before a 125 bottle Burgundy tasting. As with a lot of Burgundies you don't get anything special until you hit 3 digits in price.
Smooth with some spice. over priced at $40.
