November 24, 2023 - Popped, and instant fresh, focused aromas of intense blackberry and dark cherry. Very ripe, most of the heat I remembered mostly gone; now, balanced, focused and concentrated, same flavor profile and loads of fruit; strong finish

January 23, 2023 - Very balanced-surprisingly elegant. Nose of fruit berries with herbals soils, palate is medium body red with integrated spice and subtle tannins and acids.

June 26, 2022 - Same note as a year or so ago. Explosive and extracted stuff but balanced for the style. Acid and some heat still need a few years to resolve. Lots of sappy red fruit with dried herbs on the back. No complaints.
