June 30, 2007 - 41% chambourcin, 33% vidal blanc, 20% cab franc and 6% blackberries. 13% alc and 4% residual sugar. light ruby color, smells and tastes like a simple juice box with added sugar.

May 25, 2007 - As always Tarara Vineyards has done a great job with this wine. An off-dry red that should be served slightly chilled and it is just as smooth and flavorful as they come.

April 23, 2007 - This wine was absolutely outstanding. But I'm not that surprized, because Tarara Vineyards makes some great wines. It was a red blend of Cab. Franc, Vidal Blanc, Chambourcin and rasberries. And you serve it slightly chilled. It was sooooo smooth and off-dry without being too sweet It smells jammy and the taste stays in the mouth for a long time. Drink it byitself, then eat some chocolate and try it again and notice how different it taste.
