May 1, 2024 - What a fantastic wine. Aged gracefully and still has more to offer. Red fruits overlayed with gravel, leather and cigar box. Lots going on at what was a very reasonable price point when purchased st release. Drink'em if ya got'em!

August 8, 2022 - Plenty of red fruit on the palate along with some cocoa and white pepper. Ample, robust tannins. Full bodied with a medium finish. Could use some additional aging.

May 22, 2022 - Indigo color in the glass. Raspberry, cherry and clove on the palate. Bright tannins and a bit of a hot finish. This could certainly use some additional age. Nevertheless, good structure and potential.

May 16, 2019 - Hits the spot - blend is complex enough to stay interesting while you’re savoring the dark fruit, sometimes sour cherry finish - great with our chili on a cool spring night. This will drink super well in a couple years, we just really wanted to enjoy it on a regular thirsty Thursday !

December 28, 2018 - Deep ruby color with a touch of purple in the glass. Youthful aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, black cherry and dusty earth. The palate shows fresh (almost under-ripe) black cherry, prune, blackberry, vanilla and dried bay leaf. Acidity is high and tannins are plush but still drying. Finishes at medium-high length with a little heat in a New World style. A bit too young to enjoy at this point without a long decant, but lots of potential. Should be better in a few years' time.
