  December 31, 2018 - Deep purple with no signs of bricking. Red and purple fruit, a whiff of smoke and some bell pepper lurking in the background.
  
  On pop and poor the wine was very tight, showing mostly structure. However with some air the wine blossomed showing a good amount of purple fruit with green bell pepper. Plenty of acidity, the tannins are fully integrated.
  
  Pour carefully or consider a decant — there’s a lot of sediment in the bottle. Drinking very well now, but probably best consumed in the next 3-5 years. From magnum. 14.5%abv.
