February 3, 2024 - Better than the bottle I had just over a year ago. Lucious and rich. Drank fun right after the pop and pour but then leveled out. Meaty, lush, subdued fruits.

November 21, 2019 - Concentrated though not over extracted. Bouquet and profile of blue and black berries, pepper, dark (unsweetened) coco, tobacco, pumice, and hints of tar. Balanced in all regards, including oak treatment and integrated alcohol. Tasted double-blind and guessed Esprit de Tablas. Very well made.
