February 20, 2012 - Great dark fruit with 2 or 3 layers of flavors (which I cannot define). Enticing full aromatics.

July 8, 2010 - Great dark color and wild aromas entice, but the flavors follow the scents in an unusual way. Open for 1 1/2 hours with no change.

January 30, 2010 - Note after bottle open 45 minutes. Black currant and leather nose...nice. Palate of wood and black currant. All is well integrated and not too bitter with sufficient black fruit. But plenty of wood abounds. Still, very good.

June 12, 2009 - From memory - very enjoyable, deep black fruit that improved over several hours
