November 29, 2018 - What wine do you pair with Cajun red beans and rice? P2 of course. Enough fruit to balance the spice in the dish and just the right acidity to cut the fat in the ham hocks and andouille.

May 20, 2018 - A very interesting plead of Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc. Is it a red that drinks like a white or vice versa? In any event is a satisfying and refreshing summer wine that goes well with food.
