April 9, 2021 - This was very nice. Quite texturally and unctuous, but the entire time I was drinking it, I knew I was doing so far too early. It gave only a glimmer of its future potential. Would hold off for 4+ years at least. Currently dominated by the aroma of a "fresh linen" candle."

December 22, 2018 - This is a lovely rich and textured white wine with lots a acidic backbone but really nice fruit and minerality. One of my favorite white wines of the night. Still very young to drink however, so I would think it better in 5-7 years. It shows lots of minerals and acidity along with tropical fruit and apricot. It has a slightly harsh finish that should be better with more time in the cellar.
