November 14, 2020 - Quick review here because I didn’t take the time to write the night I drank it. Really enjoyed this wine. Nothing special here but still quite good. Should probably drink now.

July 13, 2014 - An elegant Bordeaux which is on the down-side of its bell-curve and seems past its prime. Medium ruby/garnet. The nose shows some barnyard which blows off to reveal medium black cherry, red currant, black plum and tobacco. The nose is developed. The palate is dry, medium throughout, with medium (-) alcohol at 12.5%. Medium (-) body and finish, this seems a little thin and austere.

February 1, 2013 - Sometimes, you open a bottle, and it serves to remind why we cellar wine. 2 previous bottles were corked, and two were mediocre at best (I generously rated them 85 and 86 pts) This bottle was entirely different. It smelled and tasted unquestionably like left bank Bordeaux. Minerally, fruit is pretty much gone, some cigar box and cedar. This was by no means long or profound, but satisfying in a way the the previous bottles never foretold. It wasn't a waste of cellar space after all. Drink up. 88-90 pts
