September 5, 2009 - Last bottle. Turning a hazy garnet but still presenting a full bodied smooth glass of dark raspberries and spice. Not as tart as when first released but still plenty of acidity. Seems to be generally turning to darker flavors. Long persistent finish.

July 18, 2009 - Dark and rich. This was the last of three bottles and consumed 1 1/2 years after the last bottle. Still evolving, with dark fruits dominate and a firm finish.

February 18, 2009 - Does not leave the tart impression as much now, still smooth and accessible with spicey raspberries and red fruits.

September 30, 2008 - Smooth and fruit forward with raspberry and spice. Lingering finish ending toward a tart side.
