March 30, 2024 - Wow! Gorgeous, smoky nose and palate. lovely butterscotch on top of vanilla, butter and white peach. Acidity providing lift. Long and complex. Drinking beautifully now, do not wait!

    November 24, 2021 - tasted blind
    nose - spicey, orange rind
mouth - also a touch spicey, riproaring acidity
to my palate good not great

July 10, 2021 - Lots of butter, cream, candy, sesame, some white and stone fruits.
Palate is oily and creamy. Compare to the other HB Blanc I had before, this bottle is slightly lighter in body. High acidity, little bit salty finish.

July 9, 2021 - Lean petro fuel on the nose, very characteristic to the wine. Yellow fruit, honey, less creamy than expected, slightly lean on the palate, yet with good weight. Kept getting toner and softer with time. 93-94
