Community Tasting Notes 7

April 25, 2022 - Paired with grilled tuna steaks. Didn't note color. On nose, sweet cherry, strawberry and menthol. On palate, similar flavor profile plus touch of black tea / earthy elements. Fruit still very fresh. Great acidity - medium+, medium body, low tannins and great palate feel. Very enjoyable wine. 92-93 range. Excellent and would buy again.

February 6, 2021 - Similar notes to previous time. Rather drying structure. I do not see this fleshing out any, and in it's current state it is an acceptable drinking experience at best.

January 28, 2021 - The savory, mature notes take charge at this point. A bit on the leaner side, but overall a decent experience. Drink up.

April 20, 2020 - Loved this. Did not take notes - pretty big for an Oregon Pinot but the structure supports it and there were nice earth/sweet tobacco / baking spice undertones to make things interesting. 92+

    Would buy again.
