July 4, 2023 - Served at a big pool party. Just a small taste for myself, but entirely consistent… Bright/high acidity. Stands out as similar to but better than the average Sauvignon Blanc but inherently a better warm climate grape. I am not the biggest fan of Sauvignon Blanc. Fresh, minerally and perfect on a warm day by the pool.

September 4, 2019 - At $12 it’s a fun wine to spring on people. Straight forward with lots of acidity, citrus, orchard and and a hint of spice. Everyone says with shucked oysters but was interested to see how it did with cioppino which was fine.

May 3, 2019 - Citrusy, light and refreshing. Not overly complex or impressive, but totally enjoyable for what it is. Best very chilled on a hot day with fresh sea food.

April 6, 2019 - Light lemon yellow with a hint of green. Bright acidity, nice texture. Better with some age, I think. Seems now more like a Sauvignon Blanc than I remember it with grassy hints and grapefruit. Moderately long finish.

August 1, 2018 - Very similar to the 2016 vintage but with defined salinity in 2017.

Medium straw in color, this wine revealed pineapple, lemon zest, grapefruit as well as slate. The mouth feel showed medium acidity with noticeable saline and minerality undertones. The finish was well balanced with the citrus, saline and acidity combining well. 12.5% abv.

Purchased for $10US, this was an excellent value and an ideal pairing with my Thai salad.

Imported by T. Elenteny. Imports, New York, NY.
