March 13, 2024 - I paid 19.99 for this and it’s worth double that easy. It has been a few years since I’ve had one of these wines but man is it good. Dark fruit but with enough vertical structure to thrive at the table such as Pork Hash.

July 6, 2023 - Solid and enjoyable biodynamic wine. Good balance of fruit, acidity and tannin. It’s not going to send anyone into raptures, but it is a reliable weekday wine and would be very suitable to serve to guests, not too heavy or acidic, enjoyable, would not overwhelm food, and is a bit more interesting than a CDR.

May 8, 2023 - Lighter garnet colour with matured tinge. Unfiltered but without a sediment. Red berries, raspberries, cherries with earthy and mocca notes. Refreshing, fruity with strong astringent finish. Nice long cherry aftertaste. Biodynamic (Demeter).

    January 1, 2022 - Per datasheet 30% syrah, 25% carignan, 25% mourvèdre, 15% grenache 15% and 5% cinsault in this vintage.

Tempting red color, initially assumed unfiltered (?) but actually not much sediment remaining in the bottle after pouring. Very pleasant fruit driven nose, with lots of mature red berries and a bit of spicy earthyness. Fresh and juicy to drink. Less "organic" than expected. If that is good or bad depends on your preferred style. Rounds up nicely when aired. Not overly complex, but with enough substance to go well even with fattier foods. A good value red at 87-88p which may perhaps even go to around 90p with proper aging.

Holdbar stil.
