August 10, 2018 - Dark cherries, even touch of plums. Earth, clay, dried herbs, wet forest floor and a lot of oak notes such as chocolate and vanilla. Fine pronounced tannins and decent acidity. Very approachable and fruit forward. Feels like a well made wine, only too much oak flavors for my personal taste. Going too need considerable cellar time to become balanced and integrated.
