December 4, 2023 - Decanted for 4h; a little tannic and astringent at first, but after a few hours of air it opened up into a beautiful bouquet, with plenty of fruit but also starting to show some secondary notes of leather and tabacco. Much better than expected!

March 15, 2023 - Dried red cherry, Stone, rosemary and thyme. tannins are a bit of a roller coaster ride not in a bad way. Paired with a ribeye. Thinking that it would have been better with a veal dish or even hearty pasta.

May 22, 2022 - Dark red cherry with field flowers and a hint of vanilla. Earthy simple finish with mushroom, dried basil and earth notes. Dry tannin lingers on the finish. Drink now.

March 3, 2022 - Deep garnet, big nose of black cherry, earth, tar, and spice with lifting floral notes, tart, complex red fruit on the attack with burly tannins, and juicy acidity, finish builds with red and dark spiced fruit, big tannins, minerality, and much more
