July 8, 2018 - UNP. effervescent - seems like bottled w some co2. this blows off right away with decanting. color is dark pink and nose is strawberry jolly rancher. swishing shows acid and some residual sugar. the acid offsets the RS mostly and the result is a fairly lively rose. sipping shows all red berries dominated by straw and rasp. goes down easily on a hot day.
