April 9, 2022 - The wine appears to reflect a tinge of green in the glass. I’ve not noticed that in prior bottles of this wine. (Not a complaint; just an observation.) A perfumed nose of jasmine, orange blossom, ginger, tangerine, and white pepper. The palate tracks the nose with precision. The finish is amazingly long. This is an amazing wine. 13% alc. With Marseille Shrimp Stew. 04.09.22. Highly Recommended.
