October 5, 2003 - One of the tasters, Thomas Steenmann Pedersen, slipped me this bottle just before lunch. Pretend this is your bottle he said. Everyone will be guessing Burgundy - he,he. Well, let me begin by saying that almost everyone singled out this bottle as something other than Burgundy. The wine possessed a light greenish, yellow colour. Scents of crushed nuts (no pun intended) and cool aid. Oily and fat in the mouth, symmetrical and balanced, and nicely round on the medium long aftertaste.
