  April 30, 2019 - Pale yellow, almost completely clear, and slightly fizzy. Mild aromas of lemon, apple, pear, cream, and asparagus. Hint of mushroom. High acidity. Short finish: crisp and dry but smooth and balanced, and easy to drink.

  July 12, 2018 - From a can. Nice nose of ripe melon, grapefruit, lime, lemon, minerals, and flowers. Definitely seems more like a blend than pinot grigio. Lemon, tropical fruit, lime, and melon notes on the palate. Chardonnay comes out on the palate. Low acidity, short-ish finish. Fairly simple, but pleasant enough to enjoy on a picnic or on the deck.
