August 11, 2021 - Travail Bday Dinner Wine Pairings (Travial, Mpls): Medium red color. Drank a glass over 20 minutes. Now here's a fun one; earthy with red cherry fruits, spices and nice savory notes. I'd buy this if I came across it.

July 27, 2021 - a little spritzy and some barnyard/brett on the nose which could make it a bit more charming with food - maybe some of the pigs from the island (kinda smells like them too)
on the palate made me think of gamay (cold/Savoie) but I have no other comparison for this grape - terra cotta brick tannins -
