  Rather neutral pale greenish color. Very neutral and reticent nose that doesn't really give anything, perhaps a subtle whiff of fresh pear. The wine is medium-bodied, acid-driven and very neutral on the palate with a subtle streak of residual sugar sweetness and very little of anything else. Short, tasteless aftertaste. Remarkably nondescript wine as a whole.
  
  I wonder if this wine was in pristine condition. In the past I've enjoyed the mineral style of Jurtschitsch and I've had some lovely vintages of Platin (some less impressive as well, mind you), but this wine was not really mineral, but just tasteless. Maybe there was something vaguely mineral there, but really nothing in the way of fruit. A real disappointment. Not worth the 14,99€. Ehhh.
