  September 20, 2022 - Medium gold color - unfiltered
  Medium plus aromas - bruised apple and cider/ dried herbs and dried white florals and pretty intense dry rock minerality
  Medium plus bodied - firm structure/ limestone? with palate of bruised apple and peach and again strong mineral presence
  Medium plus acidity bordering on high with medium alcohol and minimal phenolic bitterness
  Very nicely balanced and of moderate complexity - medium finish
  This wine is dominated by its structure IMO - great food wine
  Drink now or hold 3-5 yrs

  October 27, 2021 - This wine is marked by a crazy acidity. Also showing yellow fruits, minerals and some smoke. It has a rather strong 'natural wine' touch to it, but without going over the top.

  November 10, 2020 - Had this last summer during a kick-ass lunch.
  This bottle really came out awesome.
  
  Butter a full firm chardonnay.
  Sour that cuts like a machette trough the ripe citrus fruit.
  Some barrique notes, nothing disturbing only adding complexity.
  A huge wine, complex and very long!
