July 23, 2022 - Simply delicious! Popped and poured with friends in the front yard for my birthday. Iodine, Rocks Funk, grilled meat, black olive, seaweed, blackberry fruit hiding in the background. Savory deliciousness! Drink now - 2033.

May 17, 2021 - Tasted the 2016 En Cerise, Cailloux, and Armada side by side. All three are excellent wines. The Armada is the most serious of the three. The tannins and minerality are a little stronger and the fruit more subdued at this point. Impeccable elegance and balance. Needs a few more years to be approachable. I would go with the Cailloux if you wanted to open a bottle any time soon. 95+ potential
