Community Tasting Notes 1

  • -Tim- Likes this wine: 91 points

September 4, 2020 - 3h decant, which should be minimum, given the 36 months this Barolo spent in oak barrels.

Colour not as dark as expected, slightly brown fringes. The palate is dominated by oak, tertiary characteristics (tobacco, leather), smooth tannins, acidic backbone and cherries/plums. Long finish.
    Should have bought more.
