January 30, 2024 - Good acid/sugar balance with slightly funky tropical fruit and a big blast of TDN on the nose. Impossible to resist and disappeared quickly.

October 11, 2020 - This is refreshing and has a nice balance of acidity, but seems to be lacking aroma or much of a finish. Decent with the right food, but very much a support act if so. Suspect closed down rather than a faulty bottle - will wait a few years for the next.

May 19, 2020 - Maybe I need a palate reset, due to usually drinking trocken rieslings. This wine seemed unctuous and with great length. Definitely seemed sweeter than I expected for kabinett level wine. As it warmed in the glass, it seemed to regain a better balance. The acidity, minerality and more grapefruit notes arrived.

January 22, 2020 - So, this is the Ayler Kupp! Light Kabinett with notable sweetness, minerality and balanced, yet great complexity to dig. Very looking forward to the 2nd bottle after few year aging.

August 20, 2019 - Just off-dry with an amazing spine of acidity. A brilliant little wine with a lot of complexity for current drinking and the structure for ageability.
