March 10, 2024 - Sylta sitrus og etterhvert ganske mye vaniljefudge på duft, sammen med litt honning. Veldig lineær i munnen: mandarin, fulgt av honning, så et snev av salt før det toner ut i grapefrukt. Rund og fin munnfølelse hvor sødmen perfekt balanserer syra uten at det blir for lettdrikkelig. Flott kompleksitet. Danker ut Scharzhofberger 2017 i denne smakingen!
Denne holdt ikke så godt til dag 2, men så var det bare en liten slant igjen i flaska. -

July 18, 2021 - Soft golden color with some greenish notes. Nice fresh nose with citrus, green grass and soft pear notes. On the palate fresh citrus notes, green apple, wet limestone, young pear and a beautiful integrated sweetness. Medium bodied with a medium (+) acidity. Medium depth and complexity. Very refreshing style with just 7.5% alcohol volume. Beautiful balance between the refreshing acidity and the elegant sweetness. Nice savory and medium long finish.
Very refreshing in the moment but with some more age this will definitely gain more complexity and depth. If you have the patience, wait a little longer. Drink from 2025-2035. (IG) -

October 17, 2020 - Nokså stum på nese. Men herlig frisk og fruktig i munnen, flott balanse syre/sødme. Noe sitrondrops og mandarin. Kanskje litt på den søte sida aleine, men super match til chilikrabbe.
