    February 16, 2024 - Great for the price. Really fine and developed with some air. I could not tell the disgorgement date. In fact, it was not stamped. Interesting! Anyway, it's killer.

    January 11, 2024 - Beautifully made, nothing that totally stands out here though. Minerally, good acidity, balanced, maybe a touch more acid to really stand out, but I’m happy enough with the wine.
