  August 31, 2019 - This is a thick, sumptuous wine. The concentrated nose offers an array of honeyed aromas including pineapple, mango, apricot, vanilla and marshmallow. The full body offers a thick, almost syrupy mouthfeel with steely acid and saline levity. The flavors are honeyed similar to the nose, delivering apricot, vanilla pudding, mango, star fruit, white pepper and lime zest. If you’re on the hunt for a big, voluptuous white with a tropical theme, this well-made wine is for you.

  Aromas - Pear, honeysuckle, lemon cream, pineapple and a hint of guava
  Body - Medium-full bodied with vibrant acidity and a very appealing supple mouth feel
  Taste - Pear, lemon curd, honey, pineapple, guava, and clove flavors nicely accented with an appealing saline minerality
  Finish - Long
  
  Blend of 50% Grenache Blanc, 15% Viognier, 15% Marsanne, 15% Roussanne, and 5% Picpoul Blanc, aged seven months in old oak. .SRP - $29
