  August 20, 2021 - I am a huge Kokomo fan, but this wine is heavy, hot, too oaky and too extracted. Too much alcohol. The only Kokomo wine I did not like.

  May 1, 2020 - This wine is drinking beautifully! Good nose of berry and plum, perfect blend of spice and fruit with a smooth 15 second finish. Opened and let sit for 15-20 min in decanter before drinking.

  August 18, 2019 - Dark garnet in color and clear; Distinctive aromas of blackberry, cinnamon and nutmeg on the nose; Blackberry, anise, and pepper on the palate; Medium body, medium acidity, medium(+) alcohol, medium tannins; medium finish. A great Zinfandel from one of my favorite appellations.

  July 8, 2019 - Just starting to hit its’ stride. Very smooth with medium body, and elegant finish. Drink from now through 2020.
