Community Tasting Notes 2

  • Jon Harrison Likes this wine: 92 points

May 30, 2020 - Color: Med gold straw.

Nose: Intense, perfumey, complex GV nose of herbal, lemon-lime ricola hard candy. Or lemon, honeydew melon, and snap pea. Beautiful!

Deep wet mineral pool of herbs and lemon lime fruit. This literally smells like a herbal/floral garden.

Pal: In the mouth, this Nigl GV immediately strikes you with its intensity. Wow. Mouth filling intense flavors with very good acidity. Delicious!

Label days 13% alc. Sl, sl off-dry?

Alte Reben = old vines. This gives concentration. Very classy wine.
