June 1, 2022 - Dopo il cambio bottiglia (gratuito) alla mia enoteca di riferimento, ieri sera ho aperto con apprensione la nuova bottiglia.
Il tappo era messo peggio della precedente... ed ho pensato: "e adesso come faccio a riportarla un'altra volta?". Invece...
Naso e bocca perfetta. Mineralità alle stelle e acidità propulsiva, ma nello stesso elegantissima. Sapido, accenni di frutta tropicale, salivazione costante. Chiamava sempre un'altro sorso fino al punto che se ce ne fosse stata un'altra si finiva pure quella senza accorgersene. Avrete capito: vino eccezionale. Vorrei dare un punteggio pure più alto, ma mi freno visto che alcun bianchi super blasonati tipo un Haut Brion di Bordeaux o un Chevalier Montrachet di borgogna non ho avuto ancora il piacere di assaggiarli. Non so se la spinta acida minerale che ha ora, possa tenere nel tempo, per cui sono prudentente con la finestra di apertura. -

February 12, 2020 - WOW. This is the best Morgat I have ever had. I swear this is in line with Boudignon's top wines. Electric acidity, lemon peel, underripe pineapple, honeysuckle, golden delicious apple skin. Need more.
