May 23, 2021 - Picota cubierto con destellos granates, de aspecto denso. Nariz intensa, con volumen, frutos secos, regaliz negra, configura de moras, chocolate negro, flor morada, matices especiados y final balsámico. En boca tiene buena ataque, untuoso, con bastante cuerpo, tanino terroso, bastante frescura, ligeros amargos, dulzor equilibrado, de nuevo regaliz negra y chocolate negro y longitud alta. Muy buen maridaje con un Stilton viejo y con un chocolate negro (+ 70%).
