July 7, 2019 - Clear and looking fresh in the glass, scarlett with pink-orange edges. The nose features stewed cranberry and strawberry wrapped with deep earth.
A distinct tartness presents itself on entry on the palate, and it pervades the experience. That cranberry and strawberry we found on the nose is here, but it’s muted with notes of earth, tea, and herbs. There’s minerality, too, with acidity coming in on the mid-palate. Relatively short finish.
All things considered it’s a very good wine, especially for the $25 we paid, if a bit disjoined. It seemed to come together over the course of a few hours, so a one- to two-hour decant is probably warranted. -

March 30, 2019 - A great Burgundy at $25. Not much change since my last review. Have consumed several more bottles since then. Some bottle variation but overall very solid

November 20, 2018 - Super refined, silky and elegant. Dark cherry, raspberry, earth, and hints of fungus. Very classic, light Burgundy. One of my favorite wines of all time!
