February 16, 2024 - Needed some air to open up, light-footed, some flinty reduction, all components were very balanced, light but precise with tension, I really enjoyed this one as my first CD

December 5, 2023 - Opened and decanted for dinner. Initially quite closed but with more air this wine opened up. Fabulous nose, but palate remained quite reticent. Overall great balance that marks a coche but certainly will benefit from further cellaring. Try again in 3 years at the 10 year mark.

December 30, 2022 - We were excited to try one of the most coveted chardonnay producers in the world after a positive experience with the ‘14 BB in full bottle earlier in the year. This is a little more closed but still ravishing with green pineapple, lime, honeysuckle, and trademark flint on the finish and nose *if* not as pronounced as in the ‘14 at this point (my wife said “burning rubber”). 92+/100.

March 19, 2022 - 醒酒六个半小时，闻香有白花，柠檬，很淡的芝麻，入口酸度高，酒液咸，一点矿物感，口感柔滑，柠檬，青苹果，淡淡芝麻，还有明显白花香，后段是辛辣和微苦，余味偏短，很淡的白花带着一点芝麻。酒的状态比较平淡，名家大区的平均水准，一款谈不上惊艳的酒。看来在2016这个艰难的年份，即便是神仙也难显神奇。
