August 27, 2023 - My third bottle and final bottle over 5 years. Lovely bouquet, nice Queen Dixie Gem peach on the mid palate, but the finish just ruins it for me as it is so basic you wish not to swallow. This was the best of the three, but just not my cup of tea.

October 29, 2022 - Similar to my experience back in September 2019. Completely integrated and balanced with lots of complex nuance. Minerality still leads, but the concentrated white and yellow fruits are still notable. Round and smooth mouthfeel with acidity lingering below the surface, but definitely emerging on the medium plus finish. Seems to be just entering the mature phase. Should drink well for another 1-2 years. I would definitely purchase this label again. Excellent.

August 14, 2021 - Wow, huge improvement from the first bottle consumed about 1-1/2 years ago. Now, I'm on-board with this wine. Very silky mouthfeel enveloping golden delicious apple and light citrus flavors. Almost seems a little sweet, but then the acidity pulls you back from flabby land. 14% ABV not noticeable at all. Might have to find more CdP Blanc, as this was really a treat.

July 18, 2020 - Light color and flavors of lanolin, wax and a bit of lime. Drink now, giving little.

April 29, 2020 - In a good place one year later. Saline and citrusy, with strong minerality (limestone?) and perfect acidity. 70% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne. Serve slightly chilled.
    J. said it was the first time a wine we paired with seared Ahi tuna didn't taste metallic...
