June 6, 2019 - Taylors cellar door tour tasting (26 Waterloo Street, Surry Hills, Sydney): Pear, sweet spice, a little biter melon an a very slight cheesy note with some floral perfume here as well. Mouth watering acid but still has that sensation of softness textually, there is a little alcohol warmth to accompany poached pear and pear skin with a little melon underpin. Medium plus length. Easy. good QPR
