Community Tasting Notes 1

April 28, 2020 - Deep gold. Starting to oxidize (prematurely?). Still enough acid to go down fairly easily. Baked apple is dominating, maybe some citrus. Pretty light on the mid and back palate. Drinkable, but disappointed. Feels like this had more to give but got shut out by the oxidization--maybe "better" drinkers than I would find that appealing. Kind of made us feel sick.
